Refund and Returns Policy

At ComputerMasons, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
- Products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- Original serial numbers and all identifying tags must match and be untampered with. For graphics cards (GPUs), the warranty sticker affixed to the product must be fully intact and unaltered. Returns with missing, damaged, or tampered warranty stickers or serial numbers may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by ComputerMasons may be denied a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Certain items, such as software, downloadable products, or items marked “final sale,” are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us First:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at [customerservice@computermasons.com] before taking any further steps. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting ComputerMasons may delay or impact your eligibility for a refund or exchange. - Request an RMA:
Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. - Ship the Item:
Securely package your item(s) and ship them to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt as proof of return.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If your return is rejected (including for missing or tampered warranty stickers or serial numbers), we will notify you and arrange to return the item to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
- For other exchanges, please contact us to discuss your needs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” in the product description
6. Chargeback Policy & Documentation
- We retain all transaction records, shipping and delivery confirmations, and customer communications for every order. This information may be used to resolve disputes or chargebacks.
- If you have concerns about your order, please contact us directly at [customerservice@computermasons.com] before contacting your payment provider.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could impact your eligibility for a refund or exchange. - All returns must include the original RMA number, original serial numbers, warranty stickers, and all packaging and accessories.
7. Important Notice on Warranty Stickers (GPUs)
To protect against fraud and ensure product authenticity, all graphics cards (GPUs) returned must have their original warranty sticker intact and untampered with.
- Any GPU returned with a missing, damaged, or tampered warranty sticker or serial number may be denied a refund or exchange, or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- This requirement is in addition to the need for original serial numbers and identifying tags to be present and unaltered.
- All products serial numbers and other identifying information is recorded and documented before shipping
8. Policy Visibility and Acknowledgment
- This policy is available on our website, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.
- By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.
