  • Excellent: Product is “like new” with no functional defects and only minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., light scratches or blemishes).
  • Very Good: Product is fully functional with visible cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, or minor marks, but no significant damage.
  • Refurbished: Product has been professionally restored to working order and may show signs of previous use.
  • Used: Product is second-hand, shows signs of wear, and may have been altered from its original state.

2. Conditions of Use

By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to comply with all posted policies, including these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Returns Policy.

3. Product Information and Availability

• We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or cancel orders if necessary.

4. Order Acceptance and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods as listed at checkout.

• Each product listing will clearly state the product’s condition (New, Excellent, Very Good, Refurbished, or Used).

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Key Requirements:

• • Products must be returned in the same condition as sold, with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and identifying tags intact.
  • For GPUs and similar electronics, the original warranty sticker and serial number must be untampered and intact. Returns with missing or altered warranty stickers or serial numbers may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
  • Some items (e.g., software, downloadable products, “final sale” items) are non-returnable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

7. Chargeback Policy

• No Chargebacks Clause:

8. Shipping and Delivery
