Shipping Carriers
We use the three major North American carriers to deliver your orders:
- FedEx (Primary Carrier)
- UPS (United Parcel Service) (Primary Carrier)
- USPS (United States Postal Service) (Tertiary Carrier)
The choice of carrier for each order is at the discretion of ComputerMasons, based on speed, reliability, and service availability to your location.
Centrally Located for Optimal Shipping Speeds
Our facility is centrally located in Louisville, Kentucky, enabling us to offer optimal shipping speeds to customers across the United States. This strategic location allows most orders to reach their destination faster than average, whether you’re on the East Coast, West Coast, or anywhere in between.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Shipping Costs
All standard shipping costs are covered by ComputerMasons. You will not be charged for standard shipping on your order.
Handling Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all federally recognized U.S. holidays.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Signature Confirmation
For your protection, any order over $300 will require signature confirmation upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to sign for your package.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary based on the carrier and your location.
- Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment for U.S. addresses, and 5–10 business days for Canadian addresses.
- Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and Import Duties (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by Canadian authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase or shipping price. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
