How Our Trade-In Program Works
1.Get a Quote
- Visit [computermasons.com/trade-in] and submit details about your device (GPU, smartphone, laptop, etc.).
- Receive an instant estimated value based on your device’s model, age, and condition.
2.Prepare Your Device
- Back up and erase all personal data.
- Include original accessories (chargers, cables, etc.) if available.
3.Ship Your Device
- Print a prepaid shipping label from our portal and mail your device to us.
- In-person drop-off is not available at this time.
4.Inspection & Final Offer
- We inspect your device within 3–5 business days of receipt.
- If the condition matches your description, we’ll approve the quoted value.
- If not, we’ll email a revised offer for you to accept or decline (if declined, we’ll return your device for a $10 fee or recycle it for free).
5.Get Paid via PayPal
- Once you accept our final offer, payment will be sent to your PayPal account within 48 hours15.
- You must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive your payment.
- If the payment is sent to the wrong email, you may add that address to your PayPal account to access the funds, or contact us for assistance in reissuing the payment1.
Device Eligibility
- We accept GPUs, CPUs, smartphones, laptops, tablets, and other electronics (see our website for a full list).
- Devices must power on and function normally, with no major physical damage or security locks (e.g., iCloud, Google FRP).
- We do not accept blacklisted, reported stolen, or leased devices, or those without proof of ownership.
Valuation
- Quotes are valid for 7 days.
- Final value is based on market demand, cosmetic condition, and full functionality.
- Devices not matching the described condition may receive a revised offer.
Payment Details
- PayPal is our exclusive payment method for trade-ins.
- Payments are issued within 48 hours of accepting our final offer15.
- Ensure your PayPal account is active and the email provided is correct.
- PayPal may charge transaction fees or currency conversion fees for international payments; these are the responsibility of the recipient4.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to create one to claim your payment5.
Data Responsibility
- You are responsible for removing all personal data before shipping your device.
- ComputerMasons is not liable for data left on devices.
Environmental Commitment
- Devices with no trade-in value are recycled responsibly.
